Wrap pizzas
Two wraps, tomato purée and cheese in the middle, crisped in a dry pan and cut into wedges. Pizza in ten minutes, no oven needed.
Ingredients
- 8 Tortilla wraps
- 100 g Tomato purée
- 200 g Cheddar, grated
- 1 g Dried oregano, a pinch, optional
Method
- Lay out four wraps and spread each thinly with tomato purée, right to the edges. Scatter over the cheese and a pinch of oregano if you like, then press a second wrap on top.
- Put a wrap pizza in a dry frying pan over a medium heat and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until the bottom is golden and the cheese is starting to melt.
- Slide it onto a plate, put the pan upside down over it and flip it back in. Cook for another 2 minutes until crisp and the cheese is gooey.
- Slide onto a board and cut into wedges like a pizza. Keep going with the rest, or use two pans to get them out together.
