Air-fryer jacket potatoes with bolognese and cheese
Crisp-skinned jacket potatoes from the air fryer, split and loaded with a box of homemade bolognese from the freezer and a melting cheesy top. A proper dinner with almost no effort.
Ingredients
- 4 Baking potatoes
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 600 g Frozen bolognese sauce (homemade), defrosted
- 120 g Cheddar, grated
- 1 Little gem lettuce
- 0.5 Cucumber
Method
- Prick the potatoes, rub with the oil and salt and air fry at 200°C for 45 minutes, turning halfway, until the skins are crisp and the middles soft.
- Meanwhile heat the bolognese in a pan with a splash of water, stirring, for 10 minutes until piping hot all the way through.
- Split the potatoes, fluff the insides with a fork, spoon in the bolognese and top with the cheese. Return to the air fryer for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve with the lettuce and cucumber.
