- 500 g White fish fillets, 4 burger-sized pieces
- 40 g Plain flour
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 100 g Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 g Paprika
- 3 g Salt
- 20 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 30 g Gherkins, finely chopped

- Mix the mayonnaise, gherkins, capers, lemon juice and parsley.
- Toast the buns, then fill with lettuce, tomato, the crispy fish and a dollop of tartare sauce. Serve with the wedges.
