Little chocolate pots

Silky chocolate pots made with just three ingredients and an hour in the fridge.

Ingredients

• 150 g Dark chocolate, chopped
• 300 ml Double cream
• 5 ml Vanilla extract

Method

1. Heat the cream until steaming, then pour it over the chocolate and leave for 2 minutes.
2. Stir until smooth, add the vanilla and pour into small glasses or cups.
3. Chill for at least an hour until set.
